Masoala Trekking Wildlife

Day 1:Flight Tana – Maroantsetra
Our team  will meet you  at the airport  of Maroantsetra, and you  will transfer  to Anjahamarina  harbor for then river trip to Andranofotsy  Villages taks 1h30  river trip with local canoe  dig out  made of tree trunk arrival Andranofotsy village the trek is begin  Walking to  Farakaraina forest to observed the fauna and floras,at 6H30 PM, start for the night wallk to serch for the famuse  creature  lemurs  called  Aye-Aye  Expedition in the night and searching for  Frogs, Geckos,and another species of lemur active in the night, Camping Overnight at Farankaraina Reserved .

Day 2: Farankaraina - Lanovahona
8hours  of hike , pasing by Navana  Vilage with its  nice  bay , to see the plantations of Vanilla, Cloves, Cocoa and small  villages of fishermen  enjoy the nice beach. Camping on the Beach.

Day 3: Lanovahona - Ambanizana
After breakfast  6 hours  hiking across  the  Rice field, Vanilla and cloves producer  villagers  and fishermen village enjoy the nice beach Overnight at Ambanizana

Day 4:Ambanizana – Masoala National park Tampolo
After your  breakfast 6 hours walks  through  the National Park of Masoala primary Rain forest , and enjoy the beaches   and picnic lunch at  the research stations of Andranobe  where  students from whole over the world doing research every year  after lunch continue the hike  searching for red ruffed lemurs ,white fronted brown lemurs and enjoy the nice beach to Ambodiforaha

Day 5 :Tampolo  Marin Park - Masoala
After  breakfasr Snorkeling in the  Marin park of Tampolo and picnic lunch on the paradise beach of Tampolo Then 1.5 hours of river trip by canoe made of canarium tree trunk on tampolo river enjoy the mangrove forest of  Masoala National Park Observing the endemic Birds,Frogs,plants then back to the hotel Overnight at Masoala Lodge.

Day 6:Masoala  National Park Discovery
with giant tree over 400 years old, and enjoying  lovely birds  sounds , over 9o species  can be spoted in Masoala, and lemurs , Jumping around  from tree to tree, like white fronted brown lemurs, giant millipedes are can be well spotted a Crosse the path in the jungle , and having some water break or biscuits break ,and listening the 100 different  sounds of the Birds including   Helmeted  Vanga  the most beautiful birds in  Masoala
Then walk  back  slowly  by the beach to the lodge for lunch ,  in the afternoon we will relax on the nice  beach  then make some revision for the  things we observed from the morning walk,  before  the dark, then in evening we can do some night walk to see the Lemurs active in the night, such Brown mouse lemurs, Sportive Lemurs, Wooly Lemurs Dwarf lemurs . then back to the lodge for diner and night at the Lodge .

Day 7: Masoala  Villages  Comiunities  Leisure day 
After Breakfast sort boat ride to Tampolo  paradise  Beach   you will snorkel at the  Marin park and river trip at Tampolo river on the Mangrove ,observing Chameleons and birds , lemurs and the beauty of the Mangrove forest of Masoala then picnic lunch on the paradise beach of  Tampolo masoala  after noon  we will visit the villages and learn their culture and their  way of life  and enjoy the sunset at the beach end of the day

Day 8: Masoala – Nosimangabe  reserved – Maroantsetra – Tana – Out 
After breakfast , sort  boat transfer to Nosymangabe Island,taks about 1:30mnt   Arrival at  Nosymangabe Short walk before lunch , searching for  the second smallest Chameleons in the world called Brookessia Piererasia, they live on the ground among the dried leaf
So tiny, then continue the walk  searching for Black and white ruffed Lemurs, White fronted brown lemurs ,and snakes like Boas, just remember  we do not have dangerous  snakes in Madagascar ok, no worries, then continue the trek , searching for the Green backed manthelas frogs , then  take  another path searching for king of camouflage [uroplatus Fumbriatus] Leaf tailed geckos, on the tree trunk , this is an amazing camouflage, we will have nice competition for it, they are night active but  if you search them well you can find many of them , sleeping on the tree trunk, then continue the walk enjoying Orchids flowers, nice beaches  then enjoying the  photographing White fronted brown lemurs having sun bath  then boat transfer  back to Maroantsetra then transfer to the airport for your flight back tana for your  international Flight Back home
